So, I crashed and burned. At any rate, my prescribing nurse put me back on Paxil (I was on it 10 years ago, but my body developed a tolerance) for my depression, to go along with my bipolar depression medicine and anxiety medicine. Hopefully that will help. I was mostly flat any more, with lots of downs.

I go back in 4 weeks.

I hope the meds help, too, Kim. But, mostly, I'm just glad you have someone on the case with you. Now, you just need to keep on their case.

I hope it goes well too, Kim. I didn’t know you didn’t have an antidepressant aside from the bipolar one and anxiety ones, now for the wait for it to have an effect with the weeks for it to work.

I'm losing my shows and I feel like crap because of it. Excuse me while I hate life for the next few hours or days or however long. Probably forever because I still remember that last time this happened to me. It stays with me.

Thanks Leanne. The thing is, I'm okay-just flat. So, no problem with the usual wait. It's one thing I've had practice with.

Me? Oh, I'm nowhere hear okay per se. It's just a depressive thing. I'm in "extremely short fuse" mode right now.

So, that's not normal. And, also, generally speaking, I can't sustain being pissed off 24/7, so presumably I'm headed towards some sort of energy/mood collapse.

But, right now? My mother's gone, so I'm okay. I feel horrible saying it, but that's the truth.

I really hope it balances out, rather than go to extremes.

Being short fused is never easy, but just remember that's completely predictable and normal in this situation.

Nothing wrong with being relieved and grateful you mom was gone, either.

I think we're all in a heightened emotional place right now, so I do know it's normal, but it doesn't make me feel better.

Like, I could predict that her version of helping me with packing wasn't going to be all that helpful. So I shouldn't have snapped.

Anyway, how are you doing?
