Keri Hey girl!! Long time no talk.. we definitely have to talk soon. Yeah, Scott was here and totally messed with my mind/heart. And I know you will definitely give me some clarity for the way I'm feeling. I hope you are doing good [img]smilies/hug.gif[/img]
I realized that I never gained closure with Scott. I think I thought I did b/c Kevin came back into my life, but these last few days I realized that I definitely didn't get closure. That doesnt' change how I feel for Kevin, it just means I still have feelings for Scott. I still get excited when he signs on and IMs me and then I had that tingly feeling when I saw him again. And then the hug was simply amazing.. [img]smilies/glow.gif[/img] But I think in a sense, this hug and seeing him again gave me closure and for that I'm happy.. And this weekend I probably will get to see Kevin so I"ll just have to take things as they come and not worry too much.. Thanks for listening to me ramble on and on. Y'all probably think I"m nuts for feeling so strongly for Scott now after my feelings for Kevin, but I just can't help it.. its the truth. Thanks for listening and helping. Mytra Thanks! I really wish we could control our feelings, but at the end of the day we can't. Although it sure is easy to tell yourself to feel a certain way. I never truly denied my feelings for Scott this past couple of months, but I never really admitted to myself that I have them until very recently. And now I do feel myself torn and its not a comfortable feeling. But I can't really do anything to make it go away right now. I am so vunerable with Kevin so I think that has also intensified my feelings for Scott, like Leslie said. I just have to hang in there and let things happen.. hopefully see Kevin soon and talk to Scott online within the next few days. Thanks for listening, babe. You are a sweetie too! Anabela Whether he believed you or not, it still would've been nice of him to say "get well soon" or something along those lines. Just saying "ok" sounds so distant, like you were talking about the weather and he was bored. It sounds like he has a problem with showing you the respect you deserve. And your post was not boring! I'm glad you are sticking to the avoiding him tactic. It sounds like the best way to handle the situation and keep your heart protected. As for the rest, it sounds like a good idea as well. Maybe one day his best will shine through, but for now, he seems content playing the field and staying unattached, which isn't what you want. [img]smilies/hug.gif[/img] I think Kevin has taught you a lot above love and caring for other people and as a result you've gone on to have feelings for Scott because you're alive to those feelings. (And because of those red shorts [img]smilies/eyebrows.gif[/img] ) Scott was there in your life while Kevin was very much distant from you, even though you still loved him. The fact you feel for both doesn't demean your feelings for either [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
