Crossing my fingers it gets better sooner, rather than later.
I know knowing helps. It gives you a chance to step back, and assess. __________________

I think knowing the worst also helps because, weirdly, my imagination is even worse.
Even if the new circumstances seem to suck right now, at least they're real. And I can deal with reality. How are you doing? I hope reality is easier for you to deal as well by the time you read this. __________________

^ I hope the month smooths out sooner than you think it might.
Sunny, reality means you can affect things. You can take care of yourself. You know how to adjust. Imagination combined with anxiety never ends well. __________________

October was the Month of Anxiety for me, so I do hope November proves better.
And, yeah. reality is never perfect, but it is better than whatever the imagination can provide. __________________

My month is full of doctor and dentist. My doctor wants me to do a fasting blood test. No coffee....how do they expect me to do that. I get headaches when I don't drink my coffee first thing.

We had a cocktail thing after work today. Which means I came home exhausted and late, right? Of course, I was at my door when I realized that I left my keys on my desk at work.
I wasn't even sure I'd be allowed to get to my desk when I headed back to work to get them. I was very lucky and it was possible for me to get to my desk. Even luckier that my keys were indeed on it (and hadn't fallen somewhere random between work and my house). __________________

Yikes, Sunny, that is definitely an anxiety producing situation!
I hate fasting blood tests and planning to do it for the next morning! __________________

Oh no Sunny! That has to be not only anxiety, but panic. Yikes. It sucks you had to do all that back tracking. Try not to get too over anxious about keeping your keys close now.
I always make sure not to get up too early when I have to do my FBS. I hope the lack of coffee doesn't make you too cranky. __________________

Yeah, that key situation was NOT pleasant. Thank goodness it's over.
I haven't had a FBT in an age. And I've never enjoyed coffee, so I guess I'm the wrong person to comment on that. But sleeping in that day seems like wise advice. __________________

I have to drink water this time, for another test they're doing.

God, one time, I had some sort of exam where I was supposed to show up on a full bladder. Only no one told me that. My mother even had the balls to act all shocked that I didn't, like, instinctively know that I was supposed to be there on a full bladder. The technician was all grumpy at me because I didn't know.
Well, never fear, I can get you a full bladder in 20 minutes if you just leave me alone. Of course, by that time, they were also running late. So that by the time I did have the exam, I was ready to burst. __________________

They really should tell you before you arrive for an appointment like that.

That's what I thought. But I guess things happen.

Ugh, I always have anxiety when I have to do those full bladder filling requirements for ultrasounds. I usually end up not know how much is too much and they end up telling me to empty myself a bit cause I was too full to even do the ultrasound always a worry for that, not to mention driving there and finding parking and waiting while needing to go.
I haven’t felt too anxious lately since taking CBD oil supplements for more than a week now. __________________
