That's great - and I didn't mention it earlier but ice-skating sounds so fun. I am SO much better at ice-skating than skiing. I feel more confident lol. Skiing makes me pretty sure I'm going to break a leg.

While we're in the topic vicinity one of my uncles nearly killed another of them when they were on a snowmobile once he drove it into a tree and they were both like "we're alive!!!!" celebrating etc and then a branch fell off the tree & landed on my uncle Stevie's head - he was in a coma for a week He;s totally fine now though so we can laugh a their idiocy!!!!

Katka - can I come to yours & have a shower since I have no hot water & haven't washed my hair since xmas eve yes - i'm that disgusting!!!!! (for the record - I have showered in the meantime; just not washed my hair cos I have a ton of it )

Cee, snowmobiles make me nervous!!! For all the reasons you mentioned lol. Wow, I'm so glad your uncle is okay! People around here are completely reckless with their snowmobiles so I understand your story well.
And that sucks about no hot water to wash your hair!!! Do you belong to a gym or something where you could use their shower? Otherwise, crash Katka's New Year's celebration and shower in her flat by candlelight.
