i loved Roswell from the start, but thats true when Tess arived, so much things started to happen, that epizode when they all together at the end i believe, 4 of them, like in their visions and their dreams, thats when i just started loving the show so much, and the next few episodes were great too, especially last one, with that destiny, thing, i was so happy then, i was 12 years old so Roswell meaned a lot to me, and i was loving the direction of show, still cant get over it how it went downhill in season 2!

Thats ok your not the only onw who does not like season 3 there are so many who hate it with a passion.

People refuse to accept this, but Roswell was slowing down by mid-s1. Something needed to happen to make it interesting again. Without Tess, it would've only been about romantic relationships and only about the human side, which was boring.

I didn't become part of the Roswell fandom until the summer between s1 and s2. I had no idea how many people hated Tess, how they hated her before she was even introduced.


Four Square was one of my favorite s1 episodes.

Totally Tess had to come along to shake things up and get the group back on track! I loved her storyline in season 1

I would've loved to see the others question her more about alien things out of genuine interest and not because they were worried about Isabel possibly being pregnant.

yeah, that always seemed weird to me that they didn't all turn to her. I know Michael supposedly did in the summer between seasons 1 & 2, & she helped him with her powers & everything.....but seeing as she actually had memories from their past lives, you think they might be a little bit interested in that.

Especially with all the Vilandra issues that Isabel had, in season 1 they were genuinely becoming friends, which understandably was shaken when Isabel wasn't sure of who Tess really was, but you'd think that she would have turned to Tess when all of that came up. Even if Tess didn't have the memories, you'd think Nesado would have told her a bit about it all, & it really wouldn't of surprised me if Tess had known all along from the moment she met Isabel, but was protecting the secret that she didn't even know she had.

I guess we just have to put it all down to plotholes

I agree especially Michael being he was so desperate to know about his past and wanted to leave to get back to Antar.

yeah, he was the one who embraced his destiny straight way....there were just far too many things on this show that didn't add up at all! They all wanted answers pretty much all their lives, and then when someone comes into their lives with the answers, they don't want to know, or they just don't ask her!

^^ I always chalk them not asking more questions up to the fact that once they got the answers, they didn't like them. It's the only excuse I can give that won't drive me nuts.

Thanks. If other sites had the photos/caps, I wouldn't be so bummed. But it had some rare photos and it's the only site I saw with complete Roswell (Tess-only) caps.
