It still blows my mind I really liked Tess then again I got into Roswell during season 2 so I couldn't judge her from season 1

I think she had great potential & up until the writers caved in & made her the villain she was awesome! Of course, the way they went with her storyline kind of taints it
 but I especially loved her interactions with Valenti & Kyle, & the way they became like a family, I thought that was really sweet __________________

The writers were so lazy.
I liked how the Valentis accepted and welcomed her. She didn't even have a history with them, yet they liked her more than MMiI did. Their relationship was ruined That was probably the hardest thing to see ruined.__________________

I think of Tess as a character who just wanted love. Even when she first showed up in s1, she may have been creepy and didn't do socially acceptable things, but she just wanted to be loved by who she considered to be her family and accepted. I don't think she'd throw that all away for some dumb ass deal.
