It's a West African dish my aunt promised to cook for me many times but we never got around to it. There are many variations depending on the origing but itt's kinda like a stew based on ground peanuts with dried shrimps, palm and a lot of other nice things and it seems unlike anything I've tried so I'm dying to finally get a taste of it.
