Hello guys, it has been a while since I've post in these threads. Quite a few years in fact but it's good to see you guys carrying it on. Well done, you all!

I feel the same way too, regarding the beginning of season six. The way the writers scripted the break up was just stupid. It's lazy writing but at the same time, the absurdity of the break up lead me to believed that Dawson and Joey were going to be end game. But talk about a massive let down....

I was hoping that they would give us at least one episode of drama free Joey and Dawson goodness in season six but nooooooo, that will be asking too much....

^ I also thought at the time that the early Season 6 break-up was being done with the intention of bringing them back together at the end of the season. Would have made more sense that way, to have them take time apart over the Natasha nonsense and then realize it didn't matter because they still loved each other. The fans have better versions of the ending than the writers did.




The penultimate definitely works as an actual Finale. I think my favorite thing is the talk between Dawson and Pacey at the end. They agree that they both love the girl and will put that aside to rebuild their friendship. To me, the Finale negates everything that was said in this episode.

I HATED the character of Natasha. What a slimy unpleasant woman she was. Ewwww. Very icky. rossfangirl86, I'm with you 100% about Season 6. Obviously it started off fantastically but I wouldn't say it had one single great episode after 6x02. What a waste.
