Thanks for those lists. I still get happy to this day whenever I see Pacey and Joey on a best couple's list. They truly were iconic. I also get excited when I see other people not being able to stand D/Jo. It wasn't just me that was extremely annoyed with them.

Dawson and Joey consistently made the worst couples list because they deserve to be there! There is not one redeeming thing about their relationship.

I have to agree, I'm glad it was short lived each time they tried to get together. I'm guessing the writers saw it too which is why it didn't last. I would have loved to have read the fan reactions during the original airing of the show to really know who the fans were really routing for.

I always wonder why they went back to them. Is it b/c the wb wanted them to together or did Kevin push them together so they would become the popular couple.

they were the show tp from the beginning. I shipped them season 1, but they kept fighting and breaking up. it bored me. I didn't really like dawson or joey's characters too much though or pairings only season 1 and 3 and a bit of 4. I feel like it was more of a conditional love, a fantasy of what she wanted them to be.
