This is a great idea!

My favorite season 1 episode is defintiely Detention. I love how they're all forced to be in one room together. Which forces them to actually get all their issues out in the open and deal wiht them...sort of. Then you throw Abby into the mix to egg them on and it's really fun!





The fun little adventure they go on Breakfast Club style.



Plus it has some of my favorite lines

"Aww Dawson you're not a little Oompa Loompa anymore. You're a big, bad, manly Oompa Loompa."



"No way. Emilio Estevez, he was in those duck movies. Those were classics. So funny! What?"



Then of course there's this The bigger biceps. Sorry Dawson.

Thanks for all the pics Joshuazgirl! That is definitely one of the best eps of season one I loved the breakfast club, so i really enjoyed this ep, had some hilarious moments and some heart wrenching ones as well like d/jos scene at the end of detention

The beginning of what would be an unforgetable show. Season 1, I loved every episode. Well... almost.

Brighter Than Sunshine

I loved this season. It was the best season ever IMO. Season 1 definally reminds me more of my high school expirence, well so far, then say OTH. I identify with season 1 Dawson, Joey, Pacey and Jen a whole lot more.

Dentention was a great episode. But the Pilot will always be like number 1.

I love that scene too, and with 'I'll stand by you' playing in the background.

I'm glade that they didn't change the music in the season 1 DVDs. Still pissed about all the other DVDs though.

I also love when they all first meet Jen. It's so cute. And the scene on the way and at the Rialto:

*CUT TO: Dawson, Joey, Jen, & Pacey walking*

Dawson: So do you plan on staying the whole school year?

Jen: Well, that depends on my Grams really, and my mom and dad.

Jen: Hey Joey, I love your lipstick. What shade is that?

Joey: Wicked Red, uh I love your hair color, what number is that?

Dawson: You'll have to excuse Joey, she was born in a barn.

Jen: That's okay, uh Joey I just do highlights.

Joey: So, uh Jen are you a virgin?

Dawson: That's mature!

Joey: Well cause Dawson's a virgin and two virgins really make for a clumsy first encounter don't you think?

Dawson: You're going to die.

Joey: I just thought I'd help, you know, cut to the chase.

Jen: No it's okay Dawson. Yes I am a virgin. How about you Joey, are you a virgin?

Joey: Please, years ago. Trucker named Bubba.

Dawson: What is up with you?

*Joey just looks at him. They get in line to buy tickets.*

*CUT TO: the inside of The Rialto. Pacey sees Tamara take a seat a few rows ahead of them and goes to make his move.*

Pacey: Back in a bit.

*The lights dim and the movie begins. Dawson's hand starts to reach for Jen's then pulls back. Joey becomes aware of his motions. Dawson taps his hand against his leg then goes for her hand again. It lightly brushes against Jen's, who takes notice. He finally makes him move, and takes her hand in his.*

Joey: So, Jen are you a size queen?

Jen: Excuse me?

Joey: Well how important is the size to you?

Dawson: Joey!

*She lifts her eyebrows at him and listens to Jen.*

Jen: Well being a virgin, I guess I haven't really given it that much though, how about yourself Jo?

Joey: I'm torn...

Dawson: You and me, outside now. I'm going to kill you. I'm going to kill you!

Joey: What do you think Dawson? (to Jen) Notice the long fingers?

That is classic.

My favorite episode would have to be Double Date.

The Pilot, Dance, and Detention all tie for second place. I can't decide.

This is an amazing season and ties in with Season 2 as my favourite.

From the moment I saw the two of them on the bed, I instantly loved Dawson and Joey. Their banter and perceptions of the world was just fantastic and it was unlike any other show I'd seen before.

I loved when Joey asked Jen who she was most attracted too. If she was more phisically attracted to someone like Pacey. Then Jen said it was a stupid question. And Pacey says "I have no problem with this question."
