Taylor Kitsch
The impossible beauty of Taylor Kitsch transcends all nationalities. The actor was born in British Columbia, but plays all-American football star Tim Riggins on 'Friday Night Lights.' Oh Canada! Texas forever! We're so conflicted.

The premiere of the film opens nationwide at cinemas on Friday, 22 July 2011, but there is an exclusive pre-release screening on Wednesday 13 July, where filmgoers can meet Frank Rautenbach, Neels van Jaarsveld, director Steven Silver and actors Ryan Phillippe, Malin Akerman and Taylor Kitsch at a 'black carpet' event at Ster-Kinekor Sandton City from 7pm

Another ACC?
This makes me soooo happy!
Which means he'll probably be done filming Savages by October.
I've also been thinking about ACL. It's in September. I hope he can make it there.

Stupid question, but Ma, what is ACL?

From a recent Michael B. Jordan interview:

Quote:
Are there professional acting tips or methods you are learned from the critically acclaimed cast of Friday Night Lights or the veteran cast of Parenthood?

To work with Kyle Chandler one-on-one has been the highlight of my career for sure. I've learned so much from him. He's incredible. The audience loves that guy. He's a big man personally, so I think that bleeds over into Coach Taylor. Jesse Plemons is amazing to work with. He's awesome. I've had a lot of fun with him. Derek Phillips, I've had so much fun working with him as well. Unfortunately, I haven't had many scenes—or any scenes—working with Taylor Kitsch, but I know he's a phenomenal actor.

Introduction by Will Leitch, founding editor of Deadspin

Talk to any of the millions of devoted Friday Night Lights fans and they’ll tell you: it’s not just a show about high school football. Its rich, interesting characters and honestly portrayed relationships make the show’s portrait of West Texas life compelling and relatable in ways that have nothing—and everything—to do with touchdowns.

A Friday Night Lights Companion celebrates the show, its fearlessness, and what it’s meant to those who love it.

Dave Campbell’s Texas Football managing editor Travis Stewart provides a moving tribute to the power of high school football, by way of unlikely hero Matt Saracen
Jonna Rubin shares the lessons she’s learned from the best marriage on television: Eric and Tami Taylor’s (lesson number one: drink more wine)
Television Without Pity writer Jacob Clifton offers a meditation on one of Friday Night Lights’ most fundamental values: being a part of something bigger than yourself
The Washington Post’s Jen Chaney reminds us what we love most about all our favorite Dillon residents, from Tim Riggins to Buddy Garrity to Jess Merriweather
And more writing and reflections on Friday Night Lights

A Friday Night Lights Companion takes you from series pilot to series finale, through all five masterfully crafted seasons’ worth of love, loss, family, and football.
Smart Pop Books — Book — A Friday Night Lights Companion

there are sneak peeks at articles from the book, and one of them is: Smart Pop Books — Why We Love . . . Tim Riggins

ACL is Austin City Limits, a music festival. We've seen pictures of him with fans there

How sweet of Michael B.! And they didn't even had scenes together =/

And I just LOVED the "Why we love Tim Riggins" article
