I've been waiting so long to see Empire on widescreen 'DVD'
 I can't wait to get the set tomorrow! Empire is one of my favorite films.__________________

i dont really like all these changes. it's not just the things like greedo shooting first and replacing sebastien shaw with hayden, but all the other things like replacing all of jeremy bulloch's voicing with temura morrison's and adding naboo and all that stuff. i mean, the prequels are supposed to be made to fit with the original trilogy, not the other way around.
but i'll stll prolly get it anyways. my vhs versions are so old that they dont play properly anymore, and i want to listen to the commentaries and check the special features. |

Saw the making of Episode III just got me more excited than ever!
Can't wait for the teaser trailer this Nov. I was watching ANH I actually like ALL of the changes in this one. I'll have to see ESB and ROTJ. So far so good. |

I should hopefully be watching one of them tonight.
If you went to best buy, and got the insider magazine they were offering, the last page says that hyperspace members can catch it this fall, before anyone else.  Sounds like someone needs to go buy a new set of VHS copies. __________________

That's a lot of people's gripe...my only guess is that he's holding out for when all six films will be released in another boxed set

I really like the new verions of the movies on DVD.
What's the big deal? Maybe I say this cause I have never seen the Original trilogy. |

I haven't got the DVDs yet, but I rented them..I ahve to say it looks alot better, even compared to the Speical edition ones I still think it looks alot better..and The extras are great, I've always thought that was the best thing about DVDs, the Commentary, is pretty good
