OMG!!!!!
 The interns just diagnosed Izzie. with chemo she'll have only a few months to live! it's in her skin, liver, lymphnodes, and brain. It's exactly what those med students in Ausiello's spoiler said it was. i can't remember the name of it. The interns were all happy cause they diagnosed it and were asking what their prize was. Izzie went off on them. Told their prize is they're doctors and they didn't screw it up this time, etc. etc. the scene before this was Alex with that seizure girl. He suggested some kind of procedure and the girl almost died. he was holding the shock things and shaking profusely thinking he almost killed her, but he didn't he saved her. But he was shaking big time! __________________

well she isn't fine mentally for quite a time now also I think alot of cancers can stay without the main symptoms for a later advanced stage

AI: Alex was told by that ped surgeon that he could be the future of this hospital. So when he ran into Iz he told her about it and it was sooo happy. He was saying how he doesn't rise to things, but now he's told he's the future of hospital. He told her that she's gotta stop wasting her time on the patient x stuff, that she's gotta stop screwing around and start working on real patients. She could be a great surgeon. That he doesn't want a future without her in it. She smiled and said she would. She ran up to him and kissed him lovingly and lingering. He smiled and She smiled.
 He left and it showed her smile go down.  Ok there was a scene before this with Lexie and Iz. Iz asked her how she would tell patient x her diagnosis. long speech made short, she said screw the odds! Fight. etc etc. __________________
