He rightfully so interrupted, and Tom mended it by saying they didn't work together in the Pilot - which makes sense that he wouldn't have remembered.

I don't quite remember. My memory isn't great, remember? Well if we want to get technical, they met when Clark was just found, right out of his spaceship.

I know that isn't what you meant though.

Was it when he was blind? And Clark on Red K?

It was so good. I loved Clark as Lionel. Kudos to Tom Welling! I've seen the episode many times.

I am amazed with how different TW portrayed Lionel compared to Clark on red kryptonite! He did a good job portraying them different!

It's great to see Lionel keeping Clark's secret and helping him, but the reason is because he loves Martha.

Yes he does.

Martha is really the only person I truly believed he cared about... even more than his own son, Lex. lol

Although ironically for me even during season 2, I always felt he'd keep Clark secret if he knew... probably the way Lionel was written made me believe that. lol
