I literally cannot believe that Tom Welling forgot that John Glover was on Smallville from the beginning.

Michael remembered and poor John Glover, "I was in the Pilot!!"
And if I remember correctly, wasn't the first scene in the Pilot between Lionel and Lex in 1989?

Actually though, I wouldn't have forgotten that because Lionel was the very first person we see in the Pilot.

But I have pretty poor memory too.

Well you can tell that he never rewatched the episode. lol
I think Lionel being there from the beginning was something everyone should automatically know. lol

Probably he was confused since Lionel was only recurring and he was meant to last. lol He became a series regular in season 2 obviously.

And yeah... I can't forget Lionel or Lex appearance in the Pilot since they are the very first characters we see. I even remember the quote by heart. "Your never going to get anywhere with your eyes closed." Or something along those lines.

I've also seen YT clips of some scenes from the pilot, so some scenes probably around 10 or more times.

At least TW fixed his mistake by saying that he didn't work with Glover in the beginning. lol

It did take season 2 for Lionel and Clark to actually meet.
