Clark and Lionel's alliance was kind of short lived, I still didn't know even in S7 whether Lionel could ever really be trusted..

but there were some genuine nice moments between them.

^ All good, for me they have one of the most intriguing dynamics of the series because of how many changes it went through.

Transference though was one of the best episodes though.

I won't say much to spoil Sarah but it's a interesting journey.

Yeah, I agree, their dynamic did change a lot! Oh Transference will always be in my top favourite episodes for sure.

Tom Welling and John Glover really acted perfection in that episode.

I actually really love their first meeting from the Red episode though.

When Lionel was blind.

and of course Clark was Kal-el.

Showed how evil Lionel is and how good Clark is.

Smallville always did convenient stuff.

and of course Clark was so different from anything Lionel ever heard about him since he was on red k of course. lol
