Yes. It was just that one night. It most likely was the result of a lot of emotions & things happening at once, combined with the heat. My body couldn't take it all.

 Saw one of the families who used to have children attending the preschool I work at while I was grocery shopping. One of the children came over & whispered "are you Michelle?" & when I said yes they gave me a big hug. It was sweet. Also cute they double checked first that they were right about who they saw first too  __________________

Not too bad. Some stresses at work which I've been trying to support the director with but not much I can do other than listen.

It had mostly. I blame the weather here. It is hot, muggy, & threatening to rain/storm. My whole body is not happy with it. Woke up around 3am last night hot & had to put my aircooler back on. It isn't nice. It is more the mugginess than the heat which is the problem as it isn't overly hot.

I forgot to mention I probably won't be on much this week. My partner and I going to Amsterdam tomorrow and then I'll be at his place until Friday/Saturday. __________________

I hope you both had a nice time in Amsterdam Ingrid.
I am doing a lot better now than I was in January, thank you for asking Ingrid. January was a bit of pain and misery, but the healing is happening so I am getting back into things I enjoy. And posting on here again. I hope your weather is starting to cool down and improve Chelle. It is hot where I am which is unfortunate. __________________

Weather here is going between heat & rain so still muggy & yuck. Did manage to get some things done outside this morning while the sun was behind the clouds which was good. Unfortunately couldn't get the cooler air to come inside. __________________
