Oh my god, I'm laughing. Saw someome on Reddit claim that Rory would never ever, if she had a son, name him after Luke or Luke's dad becauae she wasn't close to Luke. But she would name him "Hayden" after her dad, because she loved and admired her dad who she was close to and respected. I CAN'T.

Chris was a deadbeat who had selective love for Rory. She wasn't close to him and only ever expected to be disappointed by him. There is no way to spin that Rory was close to and respected her father. That's just absurd.

Exactly. Look how distant they were in the revival. There is no way that child is having any assosiation with Chris the deadbeat, let alone being named after him.

I would guarantee he hasn't. Then if he ever does decide to make himself known to the kid, he'll expect the kid to call him grandpa. Which won't happen because Luke has that role.
