It does make sense to simply rewrite what they already had

She really is handy

I won't complain if her being bored gives us things for the show

After watching this week's episode I feel like the show will end with Roxie leaving the Charmed Ones in charge of The Blue Camellia while she's gone for 7 years. Especially if they're going to say Mel & Roxie are now together. Unlike what happened with Camellia, this time around Roxie wouldn't be leaving just one person alone to care for the bar. Mel would have Maggie & Kaela to support her. But I also can't imagine waiting around 7 years for someone after getting into a relationship for a few days either...
