Very! I was one of 5 kids at home, so I couldn’t afford to join any sports or even cheer. I remember being so bummed about it! But when you make a team, and then find out the price of it between uniforms and travel for competition, it’s just not possible for some people for sure. I made the cheer squad and wanted to do it so bad because of my friends being on it. Plus I was a shy reserved kid, and my best friend at the time thought it would be so good for me to do.

I just realized where I recognize Kyle from he was on Blacklist! I liked his character...for the one season I watched the show

I love cheerleading! Sadly it's not really a thing here, and none of my schools offered it so it was never something I was able to actually pursue. Almost did swimming once but my teacher had some personal problems going on in her life and she had to move which sucked so much cause I loved my swim lessons.

I sometimes wonder how my life would have been different if I was able to do cheer. Aside from adding popularity, would have helped my confidence and shyness majorly. I didn’t overcome that till college!

It was so much fun! And my teacher was the best; my mom signed me up for it originally so I would have something to do over the summer but I loved it so much that I took it as my PE class that year. (PE was mandatory but I could choose between taking regular PE in school or signing up for a sport outside of school if a teacher or coach graded me)

Omg that sounds amazing!! Here regular PE was required, sports didn’t count towards your grade. Just extra curricular! That’s awesome you had the option.

Poor Casey, she feels like everyone betrayed her.
