I feel like I had a minor panic attack for the first time in my life today. I don't know if it qualifies, but it's what I imagine one might feel like. Feeling better now, though. __________________

I needed to just sit and drink a lot of water, honestly. I also wasn't feeling well in general, but I had to cancel some plans and just sit in the bathroom with the fan on for a bit. I don't know why, but that helped.

I’m so proud and happy for Bob! He seems like a different person lately, in the best way. He’s opening up more and more like he’s finally just free to be myself, wholeheartedly.
 I bought Matt Haig’s book “reasons to stay alive” just now. I imagine Bob has read it too. __________________

He's definitely even more open about his struggles this year, and I'm proud of him too.
