Absolutely! And whether you’re someone who has dealt with the things he has or not, I feel like everyone can still appreciate it because mental health does touch everyone in some way (either directly or through a friend or family member.)

It affects an astounding number of people, I read some statistics today (can't remember if it's worldwide or not) that said suicides happen every 40 seconds. That is so incredibly sad to hear.

So, Bob doing all that he can to improve his own mental health as well as help others with their own journey.

And I'm so happy that his loved ones fully support his journey since it makes a HUGE difference, I feel.

I would think that's probably a worldwide number, not sure. I'd have to do some research. And that's probably the ones that are successful, not including those that survive the attempts.
