Okay so I came across some speculation about IGH and what it could be exactly somewhere else, and I think it's such a good call that I'll put it under spoiler tags -

Spoiler:

What they're thinking is that it could be the MCU's version of the Mutant Growth Hormone - since they don't have the rights to use the word Mutants and have changed pretty much all storylines with Mutants to Inhumans instead, it's very likely that what this is is just their version of it, the Inhuman Growth Hormone.

Still, I'm sure they'll completely make their own version of it so even knowing this won't really tell us too much

She does mention that

which I had no idea about and it's super exciting.

It is. And they teased us too when she was goofing around with Jessica and saying that Jewel is a great superhero name. I loved that part.
