He's not dead and if he will be the villain in S2, I'll be disappointed cause Kilgrave was top-notch and he's nothing compared to him.

The actor was recently cast on S5 of Arrow so I think that will not interfere with his shooting for S2 of JJ since S2 is still far along...

He was only one episode of Arrow, unless he is going to be in later episodes I don't think it will be an problem
