It does! It is Hook's ship ... I wonder how it could get back to Storybrooke ... maybe another magic bean? There must be other ways to portal the ship ...

So - in 'Fall' Hans tells Anna that HE controls the Jolly Roger just before Blackbeard puts her and Kristoff into the trunk.

It's possible but A&E stated that Frozen would only last for 11 episodes. I don't think we'll see Hans again. I think he traded the ship to Blackbeard for a bean.
