I bet Laurel wont blame Thea once they tell her the whole thing. She didn't even really get angry when Roy thought he killed her. Which will also mean that Laurel was right in that they needed to kill Malcolm but do they ever listen to Laurel when she thinks someone is guilty of something? Of course not.
