Nici, it's on the Coast of Oregon, just west of Portland. It's a favorite vacation area. I think all the Grimm family have been there for weekend getaways at one time or another.
They've frequently tweeted pictures from there.
That big rock is called Haystack, it's a famous landmark.

It's plausible, I mean she and David will be mostly handling their Grimm baby. It could also help in her still being able to bond and be with her son. I mean Heather Tom on The Bold and the Beautiful on screen son is her real life son. It's a common occurrence with some actresses.

I did remember Heather Tom and Gennifer Goodwin had used their own sons to play their character's sons on their shows, so it would be easy for Claire to use her own son to play her and Nick's son, because it would be comfortable for her to bond and be with her son (as a set baby, like Claire Danes's son Cyrus).

That's why it's possible that her son could play her onscreen son on the show

Chris didn't like it when Claire/Adalind had to appear to make love with David, so I'll be really surprised if he allows his son to pretend to be Nick's.

When was this and why does it bother him. Like I said, whether or not if they decided not to use Claire's son to play her son, he still become a "Set Baby", like Claire Danes's son Cyrus.

It was the scene where Claire had to pretend to be Juliette pretending to be Adalind and seduce Nick to get his Grimm back.
Claire tweeted a picture of Chris hiding his face and yelling when he watched it on tv. It was very funny!

There's no reason their son has to become a set baby. I'll think less of them if they go along with it.
