It could be what Moloch was saying when he told Ichabod that he touched her soul. He marked her, maybe it was when they were in the woods all those years ago.

sure - but i'm just saying i felt it was tacked on, almost an afterthought

i mean - maybe i missed something - but they didn't learn HOW to do that from the demon, or anything like that. It almost seemed like Ichabod already knew how to make the ink glow......there was no "aha" moment, at least that i saw, where he learned that

again - to each their own. I liked Jenny having an awesome role, but beyond that, meh

One thing I didn't get was the date. I mean yeah GW may have already died but couldn't he write a future date while he was still alive?

I can do it right now, January 15th, 2020, lol.

It's all a matter of personal preference. Most of Ichabod's flashbacks and backstory, along with Katrina's influence and assistance, have had more of a direct relevance to the heart of the plot; Jenny's didn't, so I can understand the "filler" complaint and agree with it. But seeing her going all BAMF for the entire episode was awesome.

Probably because Abbie has irritated me lately, I've felt like Nicole has been chewing scenery more than a little bit, and it's putting me off. Have never seen her as the strongest actress (adequate, but certainly not the end-all-be-all), and now having seen Lyndie take charge of the episode in that way - - I'd be completely onboard with Jenny staying at the forefront.

Am now more afraid than ever that they'll kill her off in the finale.

Meh, I like Jenny but I would never want her to take the lead on the show.
