And I love hearing about your Greek ones.
 I looked up the magiritsa soup and not too sure I'd want to try that.  But talking about Greek food made me want some, so we went out and had Souvlaki last evening.  __________________

I don't like magiritsa either...but you can find a lot of recipes for it... The one I mentioned and my mum does, has origins for Minor Asia...In Peloponnese used to cook patsa...
Soulvaki is also different from area to area...but always delicious  __________________

 I saw several variations for the soup. I'd probably like the vegetarian version pretty well! The Grimm board just got to 50k so I need to attend to that. Plus, I'm making Jambalaya for my sons for dinner today.  I'll check in again at post count time.  __________________
