It's sounds like Rumple or other great manipulators so. I will not dirty my own hands but I can still organise it.

Yes, it's like Rumple sending the wraith after Regina in 2x01 after he promised Belle he won't hurt her. I could see the EQ doing something similar.

I don't think the EQ would double cross Rumple just to double cross him, if that makes sense. But if double crossing him would get her what she wants, then I am pretty sure she'd be willing to do it.

So I guess it depends on whether or not a situation like that arises.
