On The single one "Henry being Emma's child" I thought they changed their mind mid-way through about what Rumple remember. In the episode where he "suggests" to Regina to adopt a child, it seems like he knows, but then it doesn't in interviews. Gold knew who Emma was JUST AFTER she came to SB, the 28 years he knew nothing (so didn't know who Henry was when suggested Regina adopted him so didn't know he was his undoing AND Neal's child too)

It was the episode that he suggested Regina adopt a child. Gold was the one to find Henry and I forget what he implied to Regina that he knew what child it was. I remember Regina asking him where did he find or get him from or something to that extent. Or at least that is what I remmeber.

Yes that was the episode/scene ("Save Henry" I think?)
If Rumple didn't have memories I don't know how he would have known that Henry was Emma's son and so the one who could bring her to break the curse (because he wouldn't have known there was a curse to break LOL)
