Nope, they're not looking like siblings here. Again, that's my "morning after" moment, or what I hoped would be the morning after moment.

Why couldn't they have shown Cesare and Lucrezia making love one more time after she and Alfonso had moved to Rome? He could've been drunk and passed out all night while she spent the night with Cesare.

well of course they don't look like siblings in that scene...in fact, they don't even act like normal siblings would, most of the time they act like a romantic couple, which they are spiritually I was merely just pointing out the fact that they're biologically siblings...but spiritually and emotionally, Cesare & Lu are very much romantically a couple
