well of course they don't look like siblings in that scene...in fact, they don't even act like normal siblings would, most of the time they act like a romantic couple, which they are spiritually
I was merely just pointing out the fact that they're biologically siblings...but spiritually and emotionally, Cesare & Lu are very much romantically a couple
