^ We got some cuteness similar to early season 5 where Elena was more optimistic than Caroline. Caroline isn't happy that Elena took the easy way out by getting compelled. Elena seems a little weird to me. I don't know if it's deliberate because of losing some of her memories or if it's just lazy acting.

^ That is a lovely gif set. Hugging is kind of their thing.

Their scenes in 6x03 was good, too. I loved how Caroline was worried about Elena. Everyone did seem okay for all forgetting-Damon stuff but Caroline knew it wasn't okay and didn't feel ease herself. She acted just like a best friend.

Thanks for the summary, girls. I'm glad we're getting some scenes with the two of them. I hope it doesn't happen like in season 5 and they suddenly stop. And I like that Caroline is calling Elena out on not dealing with her problems.

They started with a good way, I hope they'll keep it up. They are close to each other more than ever -even tough Elena is little weird since Alaric erased her memories about Damon- and it's so good to see that. I hope the writers won't ruin their storyline again.

Caroline still is worried about her because she thinks that experience is not that good. (And she's right about it.) Elena seems okay now but day by day something will be going bad, everybody knows that cause we're talking about TVD here.

Caroline believes that you have to face your problems and not run away from them. That's why she's not happy with Elena and Stefan's coping methods. This is good because it means Caroline will resist the temptation to switch off her humanity.

^ I agree, she doesn't like to take the easy way out, which is admirable and yeah, I don't Caroline switching her humanity off. We saw how she reacted to Elena switching hers.
