If a Paily reunion happens it will most likely be in 5B. Either way I'm sure we will see some very good Paily moments in episodes 511, 512, 513, and 514. It's nice to know that Paily is still being featured in some form even in 5B.

In the photo both Emily and Paige are wearing black dresses. People are speculating that the PLL Winter premiere(514) is going to feature a funeral. So who dies? Does Paily attend the funeral together? Does someone die in episode 512 or 513 with the funeral taking place in 514? Is the Christmas episode a special episode that is not in continuity with the other episodes? The title of JD's episode 514(Through a Glass, Darkly) is also puzzling. I've been trying to figure it out.

I'm pretty positive it's a reference to the Ingmar Bergman film 'Through A Glass Darkly.' The film is about a woman who is clinically insane and starts to break down on a vacation with her absentee father, her brother, and husband at their summer home. Not sure how it will directly relate to the Bergman film, but we will see.

"Through a Glass Darkly" is also a line from the Bible, the whole of which roughly translates out to "Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror". Which could also relate to PLL.

IMO Paily will reunite in either 511 or 512. No way they'd have romance in 513 otherwise.

Thanks for the info. JD is usually very good with titles. So the episode will most likely have something in common with the title. I wonder if one of the characters will be written to have some type of mental illness like a split personality or schizophrenia? But the Bible reference could hold true as well. I guess we will see. I'm just very glad that Paige is in the episode.


I have read some speculation that it is Mona who will die. And everyone including Paige and Emily are at her funeral. Perhaps this is why Mona's mother will be back in a future episode? But then I read other speculation saying it could be Melissa who dies. Paige and Emily look like they are wearing identical black dresses fit for a funeral. But who knows?


This might indeed happen. But it just seems like that would be a bit too fast. If Paige was not offscreen for 4 episodes in a row before re-appearing in episode 511, I could see a Paily reunion happening in 5A. But since Paige will be offscreen so long it would seem a little rushed and last minute to do a Paily reunion in 511 or 512.


But then again this is PLL. So a Paily reunion could happen in 5A. But I don't want it to be half-a**** or written as an after thought. I just hope that a Paily reunion will be very well written and handled. Lindsey and Shay have great chemistry and work very well together. So I just hope the writing will be very good for a Paily reunion if it happens.


Does anyone know for certain if the writers will have the characters actually graduate by the end of season 5? I hope so.

All this speculation on reuniting makes me happy - I'm trying not to get too ahead of myself.

I can't see them making up in 511 it's too soon & we've still got the E/A kiss to sort out (hope they don't use it as another barrier for them to overcome later on after they're back together) but I am hoping for some awkward/cute interactions, lots of eye-sexing & flirting & then make-up in 512 (is that MK?) ready for Xmas together. Epic kisses like 308/412 would be amazing.
