I'm pleased with the new dates and with the Hilton for being so accommodating with our rooms! Now hopefully Spacewalkers is next, though I imagine that one is going to take a little more time to schedule due to the sheer number of guests. And with Conageddon, Bob and Eliza and Zach can literally just call up their fellow cast members and work out dates, so that probably helps.

Yup, fingers crossed that the other conventions can start locking down dates.
Though I'm pretty sure that I can't make other dates later this year (sigh) so I'll probably lose my money, unless they make an exception in my case. As for the original dates ... it amuses me because I literally can't leave my country, the transit country cancelled my tickets  and my entry/exit points are also on lockdown. I would laugh if I wasn't sad about it.  __________________

You should be able to get your money back. The entire con has to try to reschedule. They can’t keep people’s money if they’re unable to make the new dates work.

Yep. But I’m guessing it’ll be a situation where most people can make the new dates and I can’t. I tend to be busier at year end and might not be able to take time off if it’s scheduled in the second half of the year. Which seems likely.
However, I’m generally lucky that I can get most of my money back (flights, accommodation, train tickets) so I won’t complain too much. I’m just mostly sad because my chances of meeting the cast is way slimmer now. __________________
