I’ve read a few reviews, but the Hypable one is still the best, IMO. Selina really dives in with her analysis.

Seems like the ratings were the best in a while!

I had a feeling they would be good. As agonizing as the hiatus was, it gave them a lot of time to garner new fans, and they actually promoted it this year, too.

And I like Selina's reviews because she actually explains fully why she thinks some things are good or bad. So many other reviews write these lazy pieces that just barely touch on why something "doesn't work" (a favourite), and I'm like ok bro but how?

I was surprised at the ratings because they showed 15 minutes of it at wondercon and I felt spoiled by the all the preview and teases.

That’s awesome! I definitely think a lot of people picked up on the buzz on the show over the long break and marathoned the whole thing before the premiere ... so that helped.

Me too, Adie. But I suppose that the fans not being able to record footage was a good thing ... though I know that the audio of the first 15 minutes was leaked quite early on.
