Do you all think Jordan inherited Harper's genetic condition?

I don't even know if I think we'll ever find out what this vague "genetic condition" actually is. Since Harper was pretty old when she died, it sounds like it won't be a factor until he's at least past middle age, anyway. Unless it's like a trinucleotide repeat disorder that shows up earlier and earlier in each subsequent generation, like Huntington's disease or something.

I would imagine it probably wouldn't show up until later, but he could display early signs or symptoms. Who knows what the effects of the new planet will have on him.

I think that's why I have trouble ranking the seasons sometimes - I also remember not loving season 2 when I watched it live, but upon rewatching it seemed way better. So I shouldn't even attempt to rank until I do a full rewatch of 3-5. I remember not enjoying the first halves of seasons 3 and 4 that much (I liked them, but was also kinda meh).

Oh yes, let's! I never participate in the rankings things because I really don't know, there's just so much to each season. But storylines I feel like I can do.

Yup, honestly I might feel differently about the rankings once I rewatch the entire season.

Rankings for best first halves of the seasons:

1. Season 5
2. Season 2
3. Season 4
4. Season 1
5. Season 3

And to add, my list when it comes to the best finales ... quite different from the other lists:

1. Season 4 (just literal perfection)
2. Season 5 (almost as good as the season 4 finale, especially that stellar last 10 minutes)
3. Season 2
4. Season 1
5. Season 3

I agree completely about the finales, Sarah. That’s how I’d rank them, too. 4x13 may just be untouchable for me at this point.

4x13 was just amazingly paced and you could feel the tension building throughout the episode and there was a cinematic quality to that last five minutes especially, which is really something I can’t say for a lot of TV shows. The season 5 finale had that as well and that additional gut wrenching factor of course. If only the season had been more consistent, I would have probably ranked season 5 a lot higher overall.

I don't know if I can rank the seasons before rewatching Season 5, but I would probably rank S3 and S1 high and rank S2 the lowest (MW was a nightmare). Almost like Kate's ranking.

But my best finales ranking would look exactly like Sarah's.

I forgot that the entire Cage-making-reapers is also something I fast-forward in rewatches (in addition to Jaha hallcuinating his son/ in the desert/ pretty much all Jaha unless he is with Abby/Kane/Murphy. season 2 Jaha was just really annoying to me) LOL

My finales would be

s04 (Clarke missing the rocket, all the feels, the teasing of the time jump)
s01 (Clarke waking up in MT Weather quarantine, like OMG)
s05 (Monty/Harper goodbye, excitement for the new planet)
s03 (loved the CoL showdown and all the emotional reunions for people coming out of the CoL)
s02 (even with the bellarke goodbye, somehow as a whole, it may just be my least fave)

although again, a very close race for me. And I have started bingeing the whole show on Friday but am only at 2x08 for now, so rankings may change
