Episode Discussion 2X10: Thanks Ungiven
IT'S THANKSGIVING IN PORTLAND! - When everyone ends up at Baze's (Kristoffer Polaha) loft for Thanksgiving, it isn't long before a few big secrets are exposed. Baze worries that his father, Jack (guest star Robin Thomas), will discover he is dating his boss, Emma (guest star Emma Caulfield); Lux worries that her parents will find out she is spending time with Eric (guest star Shaun Sipos); Tasha (guest star Ksenia Solo) worries that something very dark from her not-too-distant past will be discovered; and Cate worries that if she tells Ryan (Kerr Smith) the truth it will further complicate their already complicated relationship. Austin Basis also stars. Cherie Nowlan directed the episode written by Patti Carr and Lara Olsen.

Hopefully we see some resolution with Cate and Lux as far as last episode. Like they at least talk to each other....

I know I've been waiting for this episode for so long! I can't wait, I really do hope there's some resolution between Cate and Lux and they aren't all just focused on Cate's pregnancy

Interesting summary. I don't get why Cate would be worried that her 'news' would already complicate things with Ryan when he, in fact, was the one pushing to have a child right away. I would think he'd be happy with her news. Although, maybe it's just referring to her fears in the sense that their marriage is on the rocks and she might be stuck in the 'solo' parenting arena again but I can still picture Ryan being happy and involved.

I hope things aren't too hectic with all the characters together. It's for some good fun and awkward moments but I'd hate for things to be all over the place.

I wonder which secrets. Cate's pregnancy as per the promo and what else? I think they'll probably find out about the Valerie and her husband situation. That can't stay a secret when it's already on the news as per that article Sam gave Lux. Do we think it's possible CB finally find out about Lux/Eric? I hope so. __________________

I'm still pissed that we didn't get a Cate/Baze/Lux scene with it being Lux's 1st Thanksgiving with them, but I ranted enough about that on my twitter.
I don't really remember the rest of the episode. I'll review after I re-watch it. That promo though, I need next week to get here ASAP. The wait will be torturous. __________________

Life Unexpected #2.11 Promo Homecoming Crashed had an intense promo but this one??? Even more jaw dropping!  WOW! Speachless!Lisa, I completely agree! I've watched the episode twice already so I remember everything! I liked it even better the second time! But it's late and just like you I'm gonna review it tomorrow! __________________
