Good luck with all of your school stuff!
Work for me has been extra busy the past few weeks, and I've barely been able to keep on top of the time sensitive stuff. (Lower priority things have been slowly adding up, and honestly who knows when I'll get to them.) We're currently training new people though, so as long as we don't lose people again, relief is in sight. __________________

That was the worst thing about the hotel. Just when we'd get someone trained and be back on five day weeks, they'd quit and then back to all the stress.

I bought tickets today to see Weird Al next year!
 It'll be my fifth or sixth time seeing him, I think. He's doing a scaled back tour, with less parodies, and more originals and older, obscure stuff. I love his big shows I've seen before, but I'm also super excited by the sounds of what he's got planned! __________________

Today was a pretty weird day. I woke up because the sirens went off and they're right on the roof. Shortly after I heard lots of police and ambulances, so I got up and looked out the window, just to find out someone got ran over by a transporter right in front of my door.
I don't know if he made it, but they did CPR and transported him off. Pretty crazy. I mean I've seen lots of stuff, but this guy could've been someone I know. __________________

I read sirens and think of the greek mythological creatures that lure sailors to their deaths so I was confused at first.

On my old place I once woke up in the middle of the night because there was noise outside and a blue light was blinking. When I looked out of the window there was a fire brigade on the street underneath my balcony.
And because I was still drowsy I thought the fire was in my building and I started packing a bag because I thought there would be an evacuation. But than I realized it was in another building and the fire wasn't that big. So I went back sleeping __________________

I got into Kentucky yesterday and I'm here until Thursday. I miss living here so, so much, but at least until I move back I'm able to visit frequently.

I hope you'll be able to go back soon Nicole edit: It's taping day and Halloween! I guess a lot of the crew members are going to be in costumes. I kind of regret I didn't try to get a ticket for the show tonight. __________________
