Okay.. .well the snub list is like second place. It's still an honor.

It's just really political too, it's tough to get into the nomination club. It's why you often see the same people nominated over and over again in both the case of the Emmys and Oscars. The Golden Globes can be straight up bought so that's different.

I guess I'm a little surprised by John's nomination, though I shouldn't be. Just because he's only in one, one and a half episodes. Paul Sparks to me was more impressive and important as a supporting character. But he doesn't have that prestige to him like John does.

They are. They're all about who's the most popular, what has the biggest "buzz," or who executes the best publicity campaign. Granted, except for Taylor I'm pretty pleased with the lists. But it is basically the same 5-6 shows and movies across all the acting categories.

Oh well. We knew the odds weren't in his favor. His time is coming. And hey, on the bright side, it's pretty impressive that his first executive producer credit is an Emmy-nominated project.

Saw a post about the emmies and stuff but didn't really read it. Let me guess, they didn't win? None of them? Honesty id be alright with people I adore not winning. It's all about who your friends are and being in the right situation. Taylor isn't the type of person that would whore himself out or be anyone but himself to get a better chance.

Taylor owned that and was as good as any depiction I could imagine of Waco and that's more to me than a phony award show.

Any chance you guys know how to make icons? I'd like a Taylor as David one. I know having an icon of David Koresh would be weird to most but IDC!
