I'm afraid to say the Brits mainly go to Spain for night clubs, Booze, fish and chips and sun tans - or as we say in Britain 'Sun sea and Sangria' not to mention night time activities.There are a lot of British run bars and restaurants, water sport facilities and British DJs in the nightclubs so you don't need to speak any spanish at all to get by in the resorts.

Finally re-watched the behind the scenes extras on YouTube. They certainly found some beautiful places to shoot. Navarra looks like a gorgeous area of Spain and they produce some really nice wine.

I noticed that some people who posted on this site complained about Ruthanna Hopper and Dennis Hopper's involvement in the movie, but as Ruthanna was one of the producers she had a lot to do with the making of the movie. Personally I enjoyed both of their roles in the movie.

It was good to see the cast and crew talking about their input into the movie and as usual Josh spoke with humour and intelligence about his role.

Loved the custard pie moment and how he got his own back when they let him loose.

I love the pie moment too.

I confess, I really did not see the sense of Dennis Hopper's role, nor did I enjoy his part in it. However, I did enjoy the movie as a whole though.

I suppose the Dennis Hopper role was to show that Americans live and work in Spain and not just go there for a vacation. As I said before a lot of ex-pat British live in Spain and run theme bars where everyone goes a bit crazy. It was probably to depict this sort of behaviour that they made his character.

In the Special Features they mention that his character follows festivals all over and set up during and move on.

I enjoyed the bit about running with Pit Bulls. The dogs looked really friendly in the behind the scenes footage.

PIt Bulls are a regulated breed in Britain where they need to be registered, neutered and muzzled when out in public.

There have been some horrific incidents involving these dogs but most have been caused by ignorant owners who unfortunately can't be muzzled or anything else just fines and bans from owning animals.
