The ex-couple previously owned a modernized 1920s hillside bungalow in L.A.’s historic Hollywood Dell neighborhood they scooped up in 2009 for $1.315 million and sold in September 2014 for $1.488 million.

That bedroom doesn't look very luxurious - If I had that sort of money to spend I would expect a little more luxury. The room looks positively spartan. Perhaps it is a guest bedroom. Also I would have expected them to have a dressing room each. Perhaps the clothes and furniture came from a rental firm to dress the place for sale.

On the other hand the pics of Josh look gorgeous.

That's actually a real thing. People hire a company to stage their home for selling. I doubt anything in the house belongs to either of them.

I can't believe I missed those out and about pics last night. Love seeing him laughing it up. As cute as he is, I still would like a more groomed look, but that's just me.

I've looked at the pics of the house they are selling and I find it to be very plain and blah. It reminds me of something you would see in an Office somewhere. I don't know if it's the staging or the design, but it does nothing for me. Even if I could afford it, I would never go for something like that. I wonder who designed it.
