Just finished book three, Club Dead. I enjoyed it, and it's gotten me even more excited for season 3 of TB. I think I liked it a little better than the first two books, but that could be because I had TB to compare the first two books to. Plus, Club Dead did a good job of giving me an Eric fix, which I was most greatful for!

I absolutely am in LOVE with this series!

Hate Bill. Big Team Eric fan

I'm not big on the tv series, True Blood is nowhere near as good as the books, which is a shame. I've read the first 7 so far, I've got book 8 but am having to hold it off until my exams are over - its so tempting to just read it though!

Hope your exams go well and you can continue with the books

I don't hate Bill but don't like him either. So Team Eric too, but have only read the first 2 books and not going ahead of the show

I have been reading these books for years. True Blood is good but the books are wonderful!

I just finished reading the latest book "Dead in the Family" such a good book!

I do not have HBO so I have not seen any of the True Blood episodes but I have read the books up through From Dead to Worse and I have Dead and Gone in my pile of books to read. I will wait for the paperback of Dead in the Family before I buy it, though I could look for my library card and check out the hardcover edition if my local library has it.

I don't have HBO either.. but I'm super excited I just found out that the gym in our building has HBO so my sister and I are going to go walk on the treadmill and watch True Blood :-D

I don't think that I have HBO but do think that we have HBO Canada, will find that out next week. I watch it other ways but I've only read the first 2 books cause didn't want to jump ahead of the series with regards to books giving me spoilers

I don't get HBO either, but I keep up through . . . unofficial means.

I just finished book 4, Dead to the World. I think I still like Club Dead the best, although Dead to the World was pretty good as well.
