Yes, when I'm walking around campus going to class (I'm a college student). When I'm not in school, somewhat less.

Not really. But I'm practically always reading when I'm at home, and when I'm out I'm always yearning to go into a bookshop. I think my mother hates me already. She can never get us to go out shopping for long without us wanting to go to MPH/Borders. My friend does, though. It's cool, especially since so many of my peers don't read. It's rather sad. People don't want to read anymore.

I read like a maniac as a child; I doubt I was every anywhere without a book in hand.

I don't do it quite as much anymore, but if I'm reading something really fantastic, I'll haul it everywhere with me. I'll never forget the day my class went outside to work and my nice, hard-back copy of Gone with the Wind that I was currently reading got a big old bird poop splatter on it. Eww!! At least it wasn't my head...

That would depend on the situation. If a lot of waiting's involved or if the book's just too good to put down, then I'd bring it along. Otherwise it can wait.

It depends on if I know I will have some down time. I try to but sometimes it won't fit in my purse or people always look at me funny. Since most of my friends don't read for fun!

I make sure I have one w/ me at all times wherever I'm going. It's the only way I can sit still while waiting.

It's funny but I can't read in public because I find it too distracting so I always leave my books at home... I could probably read at work during my breaks but there's always too many people in the break room so I wouldn't be able to concentrate...

Absolutely! You never know when you'll have a few minutes over. If I leave the apartment without a book it just feels weird.

I always have a book with me. I take public transportation to get around, so I usually have a lot of time to kill.

Yeah, I'm bad though, I even bring books to family functions and parties if it'll fit in my bag... And I'm always reading in class when it doesn't seem like we're doing anything important...
