In Spring Dance she borrowed her mom's or maybe even grandma's dress, right? As if she wasn't dressed too maturely on the show. I never noticed a potential significance of that act for her later reputation, but no wonder people on the internet tend to call her Grandma or Nanna. Maybe this contributed to it.
