I actually think an athletic, non Hollywod starlet might be the perfect match for Jake. He seems to be laid back and we know he enjoys sports, so she might suit him very well.

The way I look at it is this, I want Jake to be happy, so whoever it is that makes him happy, good for them.

As a side note though, what is it with him and blonds?

i know you're right, sharon. but i can't help feeling like a selfish fangirl and wish that he'd stay single for all of us to keep on fantasizing about being with him forever. i know it's just wishful thinking but i don't care.

Whether Jake has a girlfriend or not doesn't interfere with my fantasies. I'm married and I still "lust" after Jake. I figure it's completely normal and healthy to appreciate other people's beauty. Or maybe that's just what I tell myself to feel like less of a freak!

What I find interesting about the story of Jake's new girlfriend is that we haven't seen ANY pics of them together. I mean, Jake is stalked by the paparazzi on a regular basis, so if he had a new woman, wouldn't that be major reason to get pics of them together? I'm not saying it isn't true, but we keep hearing these stories of him with different women, but no pics?!

I'm not saying he's gay or bi because I could care less, but could these be publicity stunts to try and stop the rumors? Either way, it's sad that people are making a big deal about it. Who cares if he's gay/bi/tri sexual?

I really feel sorry for Jake if these are attempts to make him look "straight". How sad of an existence he must be living to have to worry about being labeled something that is okay even if true. Think about it, if he is gay or bi, he's forced to appear straight for the sake of his career. If he's straight, he still has to worry about the rumors and appear really straight by having a girlfriend even if he's happily single. WTF is that about?
