gay, i keep forgetting that jake is only 25 cos he acts so mature. yet, he also doesn't fail to show his youth especially when he makes the people around him laugh at his jokes or whatever he does.

wow! jake's no. 48 on the hollywood's most powerful list. that's quite an accomplishment since i don't think he was even in the list last year right?

about the comment on the gulf war veterans, i don't think jake would say something that insensitive. in all the interviews for jarhead that i've seen, he only had praise and respect for the men & women of the US armed forces.

ETA: i just remembered something. isn't that quote similar to a line that anthony swofford(jake) said in the movie?
