Haha you're not grasping at straws. They have a lot of scenes together because they love to be around each other and tell each other their updates on the cases. I'm waiting for that ONE moment when they do something flirty or something though. I know it's gonna happen eventually.

I'm waiting too. I swear sometimes when watching I almost hear them talk like this:
"lapstuff-lapstuff-lapstuff-you're so hot-lapstuff-lapstuff-lapstuff-wanna go to the egyptian room-lapstuff-lapstuff-lapstuff-lapstuff-"

But then I rewatch and it's all lapstuff

Love the deleted scenes, but agree. I'm happy they cut the second one. Bummer

Haha! Did that surprise anyone else? I remember in the Christmas episode in season 1 when he and Zack walk in wearing towels being like "woah, that's what you were hiding under the lab coat?!" Also, when he gives that rose to Angela and he's sort of wearing a tighter fitting shirt, you can tell -- he's in good shape! They need to get him out of "uniform" more often.
