I found the episode very slow compared to the previous season premiere. Initially, were it not for Rachel, I would not return for episode 2. But in the end they managed to leave the message for the next episode. I think that exchange of glances between the characters, delimited that Bezzerides, your partner and the road police are walking straighter despite his personal dramas.

But all are fine. It is also interesting to see Vince Vaughn into something quite different from the comedies. I see nothing with Collin Farrell since "The New World" and his character is also challenging and I think he is doing well.

I liked Ani, she looks pretty protective towards his sister. I think she was forced to take over the family leadership, although she also needed protection.
